Uttam's Place, Bangladesh

During our travels last summer with Eurasia Coffee & Tea we spent just a few days in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We were invited to spend a day at Uttam's Place, a tutoring center for girls who come out of extreme poverty. They seek to provide education, training and opportunities to help each girl reach their full potential as their circumstances would otherwise hold them back. It's an incredible program, and we loved meeting these girls so much. The center had just been given brand new cameras, so we held a camera workshop/photo field day at the Botanical Gardens in Dhaka.
